Return conditions

  • Reflection period 30 days, return registration/sending within this period.
  • Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. (If we find that the product has been used more than is necessary for testing and/or the product has traces of use, we reserve the right to deduct costs from the amount to be refunded).
  • Please return the product in its undamaged original packaging (if possible).

During the 30-day cooling-off period you may view and try the product. The product must remain undamaged. If it is necessary to assemble an item (to evaluate it), make sure that the product has not been used more than necessary. Be careful with the packaging material and the products. The original packaging should, if reasonably possible, be undamaged.

The return costs are at your own expense. We would like to encourage people to think carefully about a purchase in order to avoid unnecessary returns. This reduces the pressure on transport and the environment.

Within how many days may you return?

When you make an online purchase with us, Nikki.Amsterdam offers you a 30 days reflection period after sending the goods. This means you have 30 days to return the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at The 30 days start from the moment you receive the package. If you have ordered more than one item, the period of 30 days after you have received the last item expires. The product may be returned to us without giving any reason, the costs for the return shipment being at your own expense. The products should be returned undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging. We therefore always advise you to carefully open the original packaging so that you can use it to return the products.

What is the warranty period?

Our products are guaranteed for a period of two years. The date of purchase stated on the invoice is the effective date of the warranty period. The invoice serves as proof of warranty. Please keep it safe.

This guarantee period also applies to The.Plaid. However, the warranty on the outer blanket is one year.
