The.Pillow (60 x 45 cm) is larger in size, a lot thicker (18 cm) and equipped with 4 infrared heating elements. This well-padded pillow is great under your arm or in your back.

How do the heat products work?

Temperature
The infrared heat emitted on the highest red setting goes up to 65°C degrees. The heat you will experience is lower. On the highest setting, you will reach a temperature of 45 °C. This is the temperature we consider safe and responsible. There are two reasons for this.

Before the heat reaches you, it must first pass through the outer cover. This reduces heat.
All our heat products use the same infrared technology. The effects are therefore the same, the perception may differ.

Material
Our heat products have a high cuddliness factor and are made of wonderfully soft Teddy fleece. The cushions consist of an inner cover including heating elements and an outer cover. With the button in the leather label, you set temperature at 3 different settings. The 10,000/16,000 mAh battery can be charged, allowing the heat pads to be used wirelessly.

Safety
All our products are extensively tested and bear the necessary seals of approval. The battery is protected against overheating and switches off when it gets too hot.

Technology

Infrared heating technology is used, more specifically FIR (Far Infra Red). This is a long-wave infrared, also known as IR-C, which penetrates the deeper layers of the body, heating it from the inside out. In simple terms, it means that water molecules present in ample quantities in humans and animals efficiently absorb energy and convert it into heat. Your body temperature rises as a result; you get nice and warm while the air around you remains cold. So you can turn down the thermostat a degree.

Sustainable

A cup of tea, your favourite series or a film and a super soft pillow to put on and cling to. Sounds like an ideal evening right? Just you being nicely heated and not the space around you. So the thermostat can be a degree lower. One degree lower quickly means 6% less scalding gases. And less heating means lower costs. And that's good for your wallet. That not only makes the environment happy, but you too!

Health

Although there is as yet little medical evidence for health effects of infrared heating in heating blankets and pillows, they can provide relief. Think of relieving stiffness of muscles and joints as the warmth stimulates blood circulation and therefore relaxation. When you experience stress or are tired, the warmth combined with the softness of the pillows can make you feel relaxed.

Heating elements

In our designs, we have chosen several separate heat elements that are interconnected. The quantity of elements is matched to the size of the product so that as large an area as possible is heated. Each product has a battery with a capacity that is again adjusted to the number of heating elements. This way, we make sure you can enjoy the warmth for as long as possible. The.Pillow has no less than 4 heat elements and a 16,000 mAh battery, good for 14 hours of heat and The.Wrap has 2 heat elements and a 10,000 mAh battery, good for 10 hours of heat.
