Report product return
There are 2 reasons for returns; within the trial period or because of a defect. We distinguish between these 2 reasons. Read more about registering your return below.
Trial period
When you make an online purchase with us, you have a 30-day reflection period after receiving your order. This means that you have 30 days* to test the product. You may view and possibly try the product, just as you would in a physical shop. When viewing/installing, the product must remain undamaged. If it is necessary to assemble an item to evaluate it, make sure you do not use it more than necessary. Be careful with packaging material and products. If reasonably possible, the original packaging should remain undamaged.
If you like the product, keep it and the packaging materials can be discarded. If you wish to exercise your right of return, please contact us at service@nikki.amsterdam. We will send you a withdrawal form and a link so you can print out a return label. Enclose the form in the packaging to speed up the process. Stick the return label over the label with your address.

Return due to defect
Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that the product is defective. Sometimes you can easily solve the problem yourself. In that case it is not a defect, but with some explanation the problem can be solved. That is why you should always read our FAQ about the product first. If you cannot find the solution, please send an e-mail to service@nikki.amsterdam. We will be happy to help!
