What happens when I am not at home?

When you are not at home, the deliverer tries to deliver the package to one of the neighbors.

If nobody is at home, you have not given permission to drop off the parcel and the neighbours are also unable to accept it, we will take it to the nearest Pickup Parcel Shop. The non-home notice in your mailbox will indicate where the parcel has been taken.
