Guarantee and Returns

A warranty period of two years applies to our products. The date of purchase stated on the invoice is the starting date of the guarantee period. The invoice is a guarantee certificate. Therefore keep it well.

If this is the case, please send an email to service@nikki.amsterdam and we will resolve this.

If your product does not function (properly) please check the category Productinformation at this FAQ page to see if the product is properly connected. When you have completed all tehe steps and teh product still does not work please contact us via service@nikki.amsterdam.  If it is necessary to return the product, you can register your return via (link). You can also print your return label here, so that you can send the package free of charge.

If you want to order a part, please send an e-mail to service@nikki.amsterdam. In general we have the parts in stock and we do not have to order it from the manufacturer. We will inform you about the costs and the expected delivery date.

If you want to return a product because of a possible defect, please send an email to service@nikki.amsterdam. Provide a clear description of the problem, so we can help you solve it quickly. Sometimes it is not necessary to send it back and we can already help you by phone or email to solve the problem.

If you want to return the product for another reason, you don’t have to tell us the reason. Of course, it’s okay to improve our service. Register your return via service@nikki.amsterdam. We will send you a link to print your return ticket.

When you make a purchase online from us, Nikki.Amsterdam has a cooling off period of 30 days after receipt of your order. This means that you have 30 days to return the goods, or register with us. To exercise this right, please contact us at sales@nikki.amsterdam. The 30 days start from the moment you receive the package. If you have ordered more than one item, the period of 30 days after you have received the last item expires. The product may be returned to us without giving any reason, the costs for the return shipment being at your own expense. The products should be returned undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging. We therefore always advise you to carefully open the original packaging so that you can use it to return the products.

  • Reflection period 14 days, return within this period.
  • Product must be returned in its original and undamaged condition.
  • Please return the product in the undamaged original packaging (if possible).
  • Return costs are at your expense.

During the reflection period of 14 days you may view the product and possibly try it, as you could do in a physical store. When viewing/installing, the product must remain undamaged. If it is necessary to assemble an article in order to assess it, make sure that you do not use it more than necessary. Be careful with the packaging material and products. The original packaging must, if reasonably possible, be undamaged.

*The trial period and the 14 days return right only apply to consumer orders, companies can NOT claim this.
