Why refurbished?
The refurbished collection includes designer lighting, heat blankets - and cushions that deserve a second chance! A returned product, a product out of packaging or a repaired product. A shame not to do anything with it. That's why we now offer them (as) new at discounts of up to 35%. Of course, we have fully checked and tested them for functionality, hygiene and safety. As with our other products, you get a 2-year warranty.

What payment methods are there?
You can use the following payment methods: iDeal, Klarna (in arrears and in 3 parts), iDeal in 3, Mastercard, Bank transfer, PayPal, Bancontact and Apple Pay.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery from €75 within the Netherlands is free. Outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are charged. These become visible automatically during the ordering process.
What is the delivery time?
Products ordered from us before 14:00 on working days leave the door the same day. This generally means next-day delivery within the Netherlands. Delivery abroad will take slightly longer. What's so special about Nikki.Amsterdam's lanterns?
Our products with lighting can be divided into two categories: with or without Bluetooth speaker. If, in addition to beautiful lighting, you also want the option of playing your own playlist, choose our products with speaker. Moreover, they can all be paired with each other to create the same sound and light in every corner. Control the music and light via our free app.
How does a heat pad/blanket work?
Our heat products are heated using infrared heat technology. The number of heat elements is matched to the size of the product so that the heat is well distributed. Through 3 heat settings, you choose the heat that suits you;
Green = 35 - 38 C
Blue = 38 - 40 C
Red = 40 - 45 C
Our products are rechargeable and cordless to use and heat up to 14 hours, depending on the product.
How long is the guarantee?
We operate a warranty period of 2 years. Although our products are thoroughly tested, it may happen that something is or appears wrong with them. If you experience a defect or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to help you! More about warranty here.
What is the return policy?
